Questions before you order

When will my order arrive?

Your tiles are printed to order and ship free with tracking. Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December. A swapped design adds 1 to 3 days. Bags come from our bag maker in their own box, so they may arrive on a different day. Ordering for a holiday? See every order-by date
What if a tile is missing or chipped?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and back color, and we send a matching replacement free. You won't need to send anything back. Short a tile on game night? Play a blank in its place until the new one arrives.
Can I return my order?

Sets printed as shown can be returned, unused, within 30 days of delivery. Opening the box to check your tiles is fine. Email us first and we'll send the return address of our print partner in China. Return shipping is paid by you. A swapped set is final sale once you approve your proof. Name-embroidered bags are made for you and are final sale. An unused velvet rack bag can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy
Can I change a design in my set?

Yes. After checkout, reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours. You can swap up to five of the printed designs: the joker, any wind or dragon, the 1 Bam, the 1 Dot, or any flower. We email a proof, and your swap prints only after you approve it. A swapped set adds 1 to 3 days and is final sale once you approve your proof. See how Make it yours works
Are racks included? Will the tiles fit my racks?

Racks aren't included. Each tile is 1.18 in tall, 0.87 in wide and 0.55 in thick (30 x 22 x 14 mm). If you're not sure, compare it with the tile size your racks list, or send us your rack's measurements and we'll check before you order.
How does a stitched name work?

Our knit tile bag is embroidered with the name you choose: up to 12 characters, spaces included, in 8 fonts and 50 thread colors. We email a Stitch Preview before we sew. Name-embroidered bags are made for you and are final sale. See the Embroidered name guide
Is there a deal on a second set?

Yes. Put any two tile sets in your cart and the second set is $59 off at checkout, so two sets are $299. It's applied automatically, once per order, and can't be combined with discount codes. Table Ready Trios and Gift Sets aren't part of this deal.
