Every box ships with tracking. Your tracking link is in your shipping email.
Have your order number and email ready, or the tracking number from your shipping email.
Good to know
- Your tiles are printed for your order, then ship in one box with tracking.
- Ordered a bag? Bags ship from our bag maker in their own box, with their own tracking link, and may arrive on a different day.
- Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to show the first scan.
- Swapping a design? Your set prints after you approve your proof, so the delivery days count from your approval.
Something wrong? If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or says delivered but you can't find your box, or a tile is missing or damaged, email admin@wanfinity.com with your order number.
