Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the US. There's no minimum.

What ships in each box

Your tile set is printed for your order by our print partner in China and ships in one box with tracking.

Knit name bags and velvet rack bags come from our bag maker and ship in their own box, so they may arrive on a different day.

Ordering tiles and a bag together? They arrive in separate boxes. We email tracking for each box.

Before we print

After you order, you have 24 hours to reply to your order email if you'd like to swap a design, or to send the name for a name bag. If you don't ask for a swap, we print your set as shown.

If you swap a design, we email you a proof, and your swap prints only after you approve it. A swapped set adds 1 to 3 days. If we don't hear back within 5 days of sending your proof, we print your set as shown.

We stitch a name bag after you confirm the spelling. Your tiles don't wait for the name. If we don't have a name yet, we hold only the bag until you send one. Your order-by date assumes you approve your proof or Stitch Preview within 24 hours. A later approval can delay your order.

Delivery time

Your tiles are printed to order and ship free with tracking. Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December. A swapped design adds 1 to 3 days. We email your tracking link when your set ships.

Holiday order-by dates

For game night in 2026: Halloween sets by October 14, or by October 12 with a swapped design, a stitched name or a Table Ready Trio. Christmas sets by December 4, or by December 2 with a swapped design, a stitched name, a Table Ready Trio or a Gift Set. Gift cards arrive by email in minutes, any day. Each order-by date ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. Every date is on our Game-Night Promise page.

If something runs late

If any item can't ship or arrive within the time we told you, we email you a new estimate. If you'd rather not wait, reply CANCEL and we'll refund that item in full. To keep your order, you don't need to do anything.

Lost or damaged boxes

Every box is tracked. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or a box arrives damaged, email us your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll replace it or refund you.
