Your set is for a date on the calendar. We plan around it.
- Count your tiles when your set arrives. Missing or chipped tile? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a matching replacement at no charge. Short a tile on game night? Play a blank in its place until the new one arrives.
- The last day to order is on every set, Trio and Gift Set page, and in the table below.
- If your delivery date slips, we email you, and you can cancel that item for a full refund.
- No surprises. Racks are not included, and stitched bags are final sale, so we show you a preview of every name before we stitch.

Each order-by date ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. With a swapped design or a stitched name, these dates assume you approve your proof or Stitch Preview within 24 hours. A later approval can delay your order.
Game night before the holiday? Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December.
Gift orders
We can ship straight to her. Just enter her address at checkout. A set and a stitched bag may arrive as 2 packages, on purpose. You approve a preview of her name before we stitch.
