Our 30-day promise

Keep the designs as shown and you can return your tile set within 30 days of delivery. Opening the box to check your tiles is fine.

Changed your mind before we print?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel your order for a full refund.

Customized items are final sale

If you swap a design, we email you a proof. Until you approve it, you can change or cancel your swap for a full refund. Once you approve your proof, your set is printed just for you and is final sale. Name-embroidered bags are also made just for you and are final sale. A missing, damaged or misprinted item is still made right (see below).

If we print your set as shown, because you didn't ask for a swap or didn't approve a proof within 5 days, it's a standard set and keeps our 30-day returns.

Bought tiles and bags together?

You can return the tile set on its own. We refund what you paid for the set. Name-embroidered bags are final sale.

Bought a Table Ready Trio or a Gift Set?

If your tile set was printed as shown, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The bundle price is split across the items on your order, and we refund the set's share as listed there. Name-embroidered bags are final sale.

Velvet rack bags

You can return an unused rack bag within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item. If your rack bag arrives damaged, you won't need to send it back: see "Missing, damaged or misprinted items" below.

Gift cards

Gift cards never expire. They can't be returned or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.

How to start a return

1. Email admin@wanfinity.com with your order number before you send anything.
2. We reply with your return approval and the address of our print partner in China, where returns are processed.
3. Pack the set unused, with all 160 tiles and its box, and ship it with tracking.

Return shipping to China is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective. International shipping can take several weeks, so please use a tracked service. We can't refund a parcel that doesn't reach us.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we check it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Missing, damaged or misprinted items

Count your tiles when your set arrives. If a tile is missing or damaged, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery with your order number and back color, and we send a replacement at no cost. If your set doesn't match the proof you approved, or a bag arrives damaged or with the wrong name, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we remake it or refund it. You won't need to send anything back.

Late or lost parcels

If an item runs late, we email you a new estimate. If you'd rather not wait, reply CANCEL and we'll refund that item in full. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or says delivered but you can't find your box, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
